Preconstruction / Design Phase

Preconstruction lays the path for the entire project and is every bit as important as the construction stage itself. It’s during preconstruction that our team can provide valuable input on the project’s overall concept and constructability.

Together with the owner and the design group, our role is to facilitate a team approach and to serve as the project’s central, expert information source. As the design progresses, we’ll evaluate different materials, equipment and methods in order to make selections that best suit the architectural design as well as the project’s timeline and budget.

The benefits from proper planning are many, but the main payoff is an unlikely need for costly re-design during the construction phase.

Construction Phase

To keep things streamlined, one project manager is selected to head-up the build and is deeply involved from start to finish. This project manager works closely with the site superintendent--together they’re the watchdogs of our organization. Up-to-date on the latest practices in cost estimating, labor and equipment management, cost and schedule management, quality control, work process review and documentation, change management and dispute resolution and contract administration, these guys keep everything on track, right down to the smallest detail. They’re experienced, client-focused and always accessible to answer questions.
